Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We know you want your DryFeet covers as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Delivery typically takes 2–15 business days, depending on product availability and your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.


Returns

We want you to be happy with your DryFeet purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

How to start a return:

Contact us at drysolestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged items:

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Please note that returns are not accepted for items damaged after use.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to an error on our part.
